Submission Guidelines
ICTO 2025 Conference
Manuscripts should be submitted online via EASYCHAIR. Below are the specific submission categories and their requirements:
Full Papers

Length: 15–20 pages, double-spaced, 12-point font (excluding tables, figures, appendices, and references).

Purpose: Fully developed papers to be presented in formal sessions.

Awards: Eligible for the Best Overall Conference Paper and Best Doctoral Paper awards.

Journal Consideration: May be considered for a submission in one the partner journals
Extended Abstracts

Length: 5–6 pages, double-spaced, 12-point font (excluding tables, figures, appendices, and references).

Purpose: Shorter papers to be presented in formal sessions.
Developmental Papers

Length: 8–10 pages, double-spaced, 12-point font (excluding tables, figures, appendices, and references).

Purpose: Works-in-progress to be discussed in roundtables.

Feedback: Participants can attend the preconference seminar and receive feedback and insights to submit their papers to the partner journals.

Selection: Based on the quality and relevance of the proposal. New and impactful topics are highly encouraged.
General Submission Guidelines
Please adhere to the following formatting and submission instructions:
File Format: Upload a single anonymized PDF file (no author information) to the conference site on EASYCHAIR.
Abstract: Include an abstract of no more than 150 words.
Formatting:
One-inch (2.5 cm) margins.
Double-spaced, 12-point font.

Review Process: All submissions will be evaluated through a thorough peer-review process.
Multiple Submissions: Authors are welcome to submit multiple papers. However, be aware that presentation schedules may overlap. Each accepted paper must have a designated in-person presenter.
Registration Requirement: At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference by the deadline indicated in the acceptance notification. Failure to register may result in the paper being removed from the conference program.
